The aim of the Center of Excellence is to contribute to the development of our Turkish Maritime Trade fleet in terms of quality and quantity, and to increase its competitiveness, in line with the activities of the association. The only body of the Center is the Executive Board.

Duties of the Executive Board;
a) To work for the institutionalization of member companies and to work on common issues in this field that concerns all companies. to carry out activities;
b) In order to improve the quality of the ships in our fleet, general information about the deficiencies / malfunctions experienced in the ships developing application standards, publishing these standards in bulletins and advisory to all companies and ships,
c) Developing training programs on an annual basis by determining the training needs of the entire sector and monitoring their implementation to make,
ç) In line with the needs of the companies, activities, organizations, seminars and conferences, congresses, workshops, panels, etc. to organize or contribute to the organization of activities, to prepare reports when necessary and to share with the sector have,
d) In order to select the best ship of that year, the ships participating in this evaluation are within the framework of the determined criteria. to evaluate and score and then share with the whole industry,
e) Providing consultancy support to Scientific Committees upon request,
f) To set up working groups when necessary,
g) To work in fields of activity that can fulfill other duties that may be entrusted by the Board of Directors.
