China Maritime Safety Administration (MSA) Port State Control Campaign on Confined Space Entry

China Port State Control Campaign will be executed between 15 January and 14 October 2025

China MSA will hold a Port State Control Campaign lasting 9 months between 15 January 2025 and 14 October 2025 on confined space entry onboard ships. A press release regarding the campaign and related information on confined space entry can be found here.

The intent of this campaign is to validate that ships have adequate confined space entry procedures in their safety management system and to confirm that these procedures are being followed.
